Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Graham Custom Truck Accessories, LLC has a very open and simple Return & Refund Policy as a manufacturer and dealer of automotive aftermarket accessories.  Please read below for further info:

How we handle returns:

If you need to return a product, please contact us by phone at 619-884-8563 within 30 days of receiving the product.  If the product is defective and under warranty, we will replace the product at no cost to you.  We will provide you with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) which you’ll write on the outside of the box when shipping back to us.  Once the product is received on our end, you will be immediately issued a credit to your credit card or other payment method.  If the product is not defective and can be returned based on respective manufacturer’s policy, you may be required to pay a restocking fee, but in most cases you will only be required to pay the shipping charge back to us.  Custom made products are not returnable given you will sign off on any designs that we make for you.

We make every effort possible to ensure that your order/package arrives on time and in good condition.  If you receive a package that is damaged, please call us immediately, @ 619-884-8563 and we’ll do everything in our power to assist you.

A number of the products we sell are not manufactured by us, they are drop-shipped from either the original manufacturer or a premier distributor.  In these cases, we will always refer to their respective Shipping & Returns Policies.  Typically, as a customer, you have 30 days to return the product in re-sellable condition.  In some cases you will be required to pay a restocking fee which will be deducted from the credit. In addition, we do our best to ensure you receive the correct part #. If you fail to give us accurate information regarding your vehicle and an incorrect part # is shipped to you and we determine that we were not at fault, we reserve the right not to reimburse you for the shipping or freight. We will also not be responsible for shipping or freight costs on the return for credit of the price of the product.

Please note:  if you place an order on our website, or have problems with our shopping cart due to circumstances outside of our control during an order, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.  If you wait to contact us, and we ship your product, then you call to cancel the order without having contacted us immediately, we reserve the right to charge you 25% of the total order amount for cancellation fees, restocking fees, shipping fees, etc…or $250, whichever is more, regardless of the dollar amount of the order.  Customers who have no regard for old-fashioned companies who provide excellent customer service will be held responsible.  We have people answering phones 24/7 and returning calls within 1 hour.  We seriously doubt you will find many internet companies that provide this sort of personalized customer service.

Please note:  Graham Custom Truck Accessories, LLC sells product off the shelf which is normally in stock and ships immediately or the next business day.  If your order is sent to the manufacturer or distributor to ship, we do our best effort to ensure that product will ship in a timely manner, however if we are not advised of a product on backorder due to an error other than our own, and your credit card is either authorized or charged, we will either reimburse your card until the product ships and/or we’ll flag your and call you to advise of status.  If you order a custom made product, most likely your product will ship between 1-3 weeks.  Our services for custom products and/or consulting are just that, consulting services in design and engineering as well as production, once we begin the consulting process, we may or may not charge your card, regardless of shipping status on product as we’ve already initiated consulting services.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on many factors including product ordered and availability from either manufacturer or distributor, time of order and respective cut-off times and holiday crunches.  We strongly suggest that you not wait until the last minute to do your shopping.  Even if a product is in stock, it could take in some cases up to 48 hours or more for the product to ship.  If our website indicates that the product will ship from California, that is not necessarily always the case.  Depending on availability of the product and which one of our warehouses it is stocked in will determine where the product is shipped from.

Graham Custom Truck Accessories, LLC is a personalized customer service oriented company.  We are also serious product developers and we do a lot of custom work.  We are not some run of the mill drop ship site.  We don’t make our customers go through some automated system to get a live human on the line, and we don’t ask our customers to wait on hold.  We either answer the phone, or we call you back typically within 1 hour except when out of the office or on vacation.
