Customer service testimonials are key to a company’s success.  Here at Graham Custom Truck and cargocatch.com we take pride in knowing that every customer is taken care of in a friendly and efficient manner.

It’s all too often that you’re searching for a customer service phone number on a website before, during or after a purchase, and you either can’t find one anywhere on the site, it’s buried somewhere in some random link down at the bottom of the home page, or worst case scenario, they don’t have one at all.

It can be frustrating, I know, for customers, when they’re already getting a bit anxious anyway, and they can’t find a phone number to get a live human on the line to help answer a simple question or assist with an order.

Take Amazon for example.  I honestly don’t think there is a phone number on their website at all.  Sure, it’s great having everything done online, but let’s face it, sometimes people may have a technical question they need answered right away, or, they’re just too damn old and tired to deal with all the clicking and they just want to close out whatever issue they have immediately.

In our industry, it’s important for our customer service to be available for our customers, 24/7/365.  Our phone number can always be found easily on our website at the top of any page.  When you call, if you get our office voicemail, please leave a message and we’ll return your call, usually within minutes.

In addition, many of our products require you to contact us directly anyway in order to ensure proper part# identification for your vehicle when you’re placing an order.  However, if you decide not to call and you place an order online, we will always contact you to verify your truck or other vehicle.  Shipping the wrong parts to our customers never happens and never will.
