When you inquire about one of these cargo nets, you’ll receive an email similar to this one from us.  It should answer most of your questions and give you several options as far as design to choose from and/or to tweak to your particular application.

“To Our Invaluable Customer:

These are 8 nets that we’ve done for the hi-roof Transits.  Some Transit nets will overlap with the Sprinter vehicles, that’s why you’ll see the ‘SN’ in the part #’s, but they can honestly be used in either vehicle depending on anchors, panels or no panels, location, etc.

Based on the dimensions you gave me, you may need to adjust one of these, but you get the idea (some were probably all designed for raw metal no panels).  The one that looks like bigger webbing uses 2” webbing (SN8-4).  On the SN-MER you’ll see stable on one side and adjustable on the other.  This will move the net a bit to one side, so we also offer stable on both sides as a 2-piece net (CEW2-SH) that cranks down in the middle to minimize gaps on sides, but that’s rare, most people want a 1-piece net, but we can draw it up for you if you need a different size.

If your guy decides on his own anchors, we’ll need exact dims between those anchors where they’d be mounted hypothetically so we can get it as tight as possible and make sure the engineering will work before mounting them.  There is some room to crank down with these dims, but not a lot and we always like to get it done right the first time for obvious reasonsJ.  If we do a new drawing for you, you can always make changes to it within reason.

I also sent some pics of hardware just so you get an idea.  Remember, if you request our anchors, you’ll need your own self-tapping screws which are pretty standard.  The size of the hardware will be same as size of webbing, i.e. 1” or 2” depending.  We recommend cams instead of ratchets as ratchets may rip out your anchor if you crank it down to much, these nets are hand sewn and the hardware is very strong.

I did a basic search in ‘your city’ on Bing for body shops near you:  ‘website’

Let me know if you have any questions.  Mock up whichever one you want, OR, you can do your own sketch and we’ll draw a new one up for your specific application.  Just remember we have about a 9-inch gap for adjustments/straps on sides/tops, so we’ll just need distance between anchors.

Have fun and I’ll be waiting to hear back from you~!  fyi once we get approval on the quote and it’s paid for, it takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks to ship from TX, but we’re usually around 2 weeks depending on volume.
