We as a manufacturer of custom cargo nets and reseller of all things auto, particularly truck accessories and cargo nets as well as custom cargo nets for many applications, have run into a major problem.
Though we design and make our own stuff here in California, Texas and Arizona, there are a lot of products that we resell on our site. Even if some products are not loaded on our site, we can pretty much source and sell you anything, frequently at a better price than Amazon or anywhere because we roll like that.
I mean come on. If you’re shopping online, and you can’t easily pickup the phone and ask for a better price because you can’t find a phone number listed on their home page, you’ve got a problem, the company you’re dealing with has a problem, and you’re out money just because you’re in a hurry. And in times like these, you need to be able to negotiate for anything you buy.
More parents are staying home, their companies are buying less, so guess what? Certain products that we provide to our customers like cargo nets are in high demand because the cost of doing business has gone up so much, people are cutting back, not only on employees and buying stuff that they need like cargo nets, but manufacturers of truck products like cargo nets are cutting back on the amount of cargo nets they buy, and the lead times are now longer because of that.

Everything is on backorder. Motogate, for example, has been on backorder for a while but should be coming back into stock soon maybe next week. Tuff Truck Bag, another example, has been on backorder for months and also should be coming into stock any day now. Our made in the usa cargo nets out of Texas now have a lead time of 4 weeks instead of 2. And Highway Products Pickup Packs have a 12 week lead time to ship right now.
