Custom Cargo Net for Mercedes Hi-Top Sprinter Passenger Vans

The Custom Cargo Net for Mercedes Hi-Top Sprinter Passenger Vans has been narrowed down to one out of eight (8) different designs so far by Graham Custom Truck Accessories, LLC, the industry leader in custom cargo nets for passenger vehicles, and we still aren’t there yet for the perfect custom cargo net for this particular vehicle as we need to be receiving more calls about custom cargo nets off the shelf by vehicle in order to justify small manufacturing here in the USA.

custom cargo net

CargoCatch.com designs, manufactures and resells hi-quality custom cargo net designs to the automotive aftermarket and general public.  We do quantity 1’s for all kinds of folks,  but these days making a custom cargo net product for quantity one is sometimes a bit pricy…but we can do it for you if you really need it.  It’s all a matter of need, want and the desire to get it done and we will always give you the lowest price possible.

In the previous and following paragraphs that you read, let me show you one drawing out of eight per paragraph, and see how that works…bottom line everything is becoming custom again but we offer custom at a very reasonable price.  Send us a sketch along with some pics and maybe some basic dims and we’ll get it done.  Keep in mind that all of our custom cargo nets use a minimum of 6K lb breaking strength and 2K lb working load, and that’s just the poly webbing for 2″ webbing.  Our 1″ webbing starts at 3K breaking and 1K working load and can go up to tie down webbing if needed, just give us a buzz and let us know what you need.  We also feature seatbelt webbing and nylon upon request.  Just make sure you specify.

Sure, we could go to China, but everybody goes to China for cargo nets and sorry but these days, half of the products I buy from China end up in the trash after a few days, unless you’re serious about your quality and product shelf life (and there are some great products from China, don’t get me wrong, I’m just a Patriot, andI have other products made in China which are kick ass, like the CargoCatch Pickup Truck Bed Organizer which is a cargo net and is categorized as a cargo net with bars, but this is a slightly different animal.  I need to just get somebody here who wants to dial in social media, see if they can prove to me that we can send an already proven product to the top, so you know I’m just waiting around for that person…to show up and tell me…dude…let’s do this…you sell enough CargoCatches, now let’s get down and really start nailing down some big time open niches that need to be conquered, why not by me?

Under these circumstances, we will continue making all the Made in the USA custom cargo nets we can and profiting off of it, until we see enough people asking us for a generic size cargo net for passenger vehicles (which we will also make in the USA), until we see an opportunity to offer it at a better price manufactured overseas maintaining quality.  Ultimately, we’d like to have just one (1) general cargo net to fit this particular vehicle (and any vehicle for that matter and keep in mind we are only talking about vertical custom cargo nets to restrain cargo, not protect people in a Hi-Top Dodge or Mercedes Sprinter Passenger Van, that would be a liability issue, even though we are protecting people from cargo, but remember, any cargo net is only as strong as its weakest link, which could very easily be the anchoring system, and we may sell custom anchors, but we don’t install those anchors.  Now keep in mind…the traffic that we receive on our site is strictly organic and is our only venue for sales, however we’re about to launch as massive campaign into Dodge & Mercedes OEM Dealerships and Body Shops that specialize in these vehicles, we’re just looking for the right company to introduce us.  We have honestly done zero meaning no marketing, only organic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) if you want to call that marketing, which some people do.

We’ve been making these custom cargo nets for over 15 years, and still there’s nobody that wants to come up with just one part number to cover all applications or possibilities.  However, that’s before we rolled into town.  And take it from me, I’ve been designing custom products most of my adult life on a daily basis and the back of the book is that you need to provide a strong enough product, to fill the niche you want to fill, at the appropriate price, and if you can’t achieve that, then everything is custom and quite a bit more expensive, so git r dun.

So, here, I give you, the eight (8) most popular designs for the hi-top Mercedes Dodge Sprinter van custom cargo net.  You’re looking at either a top to bottom design, a top, side and bottom design, possibly including steel rings sewn in where needed in order to maximize the tension and coverage using what we call a multi-directional strap.  Depending on your situation, you may want to use steel rings in order to allow you to achieve a multi-directional strap that can crank outwards giving you maximum crank.

Listen up, the bottom line people is that we can pretty much make whatever you set your mind to, you just have to dream.  I mean come on, it’s pretty simple.  You just take your custom ride, you dial it in, you know where you’re going to mount, whatever hardware you can dial in the safest you can.  Don’t forget, the strongest part of any cargo net is its weakest link, which could very well be your anchor security, or your sewing.  That’s where we don’t faulter, we know what it takes, and we design our nets to be the strongest they can be.  Remember the old saying “It used to be made that way”.  Now, “We make it the old way”.  Just imagine your cargo restraint project and keep us in mind.  If we can’t do it, we’ll refer you to somebody else.

Cheers and thx for the decades of loyalty and many more to come~!
