Do you know what shrink wrap is? It’s that stuff they use in warehouses that comes in big roles and wraps around boxes that are on top of wooden pallets, holding the boxes in place on top of the pallet. It’s cumbersome to work with, and is a killer for your back as you can see in the below photograph.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could just use a cargo net, and re-use it over and over again, so you weren’t spending hundreds or thousands of dollars a month on shrink wrap, especially if you were re-using the pallets?
We had a customer call us and ask us if we could design a custom cargo net that would fit around the dimensions of their typical pallet load and could easily just be flapped over, then cinched down using their choice of cable or rope around the bottom of the cargo net.
It was a really simple design actually as you’ll see below and any basic type of adjustment depending on your needs is a piece of cake. Here you’ll see the expanded version that would encompass a taller load.

What we did was simply sew loops around the outside of each webbing strap, large enough for them to sleeve through a cable or rope that would cinch tight quickly, and boom, you’re done. Shrink wrap will bury you in time and medical bills. These Pallet nets will save you a ton of time, and dime.
